I bought this little garden seat in Arundel many years ago, and Dad liked it so much I gave it him to sit on in his garden, next to the pond.

A few years later the bench was stolen from their garden. Luckily I had been down a few weeks before and taken this picture for my garden photographers library, and so I was able to print out a copy for the local police. Incredibly, they found the bench later that week, recognized it from the picture, and returned it.

So it is still sitting in Mum and Dad’s garden, even though they no longer are.
